Pilates by Whitney is a boutique Pilates studio based in Harrogate specialising in private client sessions. You will have the undivided attention and supervision of a highly trained Polestar Pilates instructor.
Virtual Pilates Classes
Virtual Pilates Classes are taught live using Zoom technology. You will be able to interact with your instructor Whitney Vauvelle in the comfort of your own home and she can give you real time feedback during the class.
CORPORATE PILATES workshops
Pilates workshops are available onsite at your location – or virtually for a small group of friends or as part of your corporate health and wellness initiative. Workshops can be organised before or after work as well as on weekends.
